Your Body and Your Business - Making Stress Healthy
Come along to the next meeting of the Worthing and Adur branch of the FSB and enjoy a buffet supper followed by a presentation by Pam Thornton and the team from Steps 2 Health exploring stress management together with practical tips on dealing with everyday stress situations.
