Networking In Worthing

These days, networking is just as important a part of your marketing mix, as... a yellow pages listing. You can no longer just sit there and rely on your phone ringing, or a customer to walk through your door. You have to get out there, sell yourself, get your face in front of as many people as possible.

Look at the last 12 months. I can name about 5 companies who have gone to the wall, ok, maybe for different reasons, but one thing in common... you never saw them out networking!

Here's a comprehensive listing of some of the networking opportunities out there in Worthing and surrounding area.

If we have missed your regular networking organisation off the list, please drop worthingfirst an email and we'll add you.

Whilst they are based in Worthing their members work throughout Sussex, some offer a UK wide service and the lucky few have international customers. The aim is to make business networking both effective and enjoyable.

Networking For Business operate a 'lock-out' system - which means only one person from each trade can attend - this helps focus referals to each other.
Our annual membership is only £25 per year and you are not asked to join until you have met with the group three times. There is a weekly charge of £10 to cover breakfasts with the excess money going towards any costs e.g stationery. The group is effectively a cooperative, it is not a franchise and their books are open to all members.
