Local charity 'Food Bank' need your help - 15/07/2009

With the country in recession every business Owner/Manager knows how tough the financial situation is within the UK. 

Worthing is no different to this and as a local charity serving the Worthing area, The Worthing Foodbank has experienced a huge upsurge in desperate people in need of emergency food parcels to get them back on their feet. In the 6 month period from October 2008 to March 2009, The Foodbank supported 307 Adults and 150 Children with emergency food and helped the Salvation Army feed over 100 Families.  

Quite simply we would like to ask if you would consider ‘Worthing Foodbank’ as your ‘Charity of the Year’ for 2009.
